Indigenous is a flooring and accessory business located in Oxfordshire and sell a curated selection of flooring including stone tiles, engineered oak flooring and bathroom items such as baths, basins and accessories. Indigenous were looking for an improved website to drive traffic, reduce confusion to customers and provide a better experience to customers in order to improve conversion on their website.

Invisible Dragon worked with Ridgeflow Media in order to deliver this website, with Ridgeflow working on the design side of the website and Invisible Dragon working with Indigenous on the technical items involved behind the scenes which included customising the out-of-box experience with WooCommerce to ensure customers understood what they were buying and the buying options presented to the customer were easier to understand than their previous website.
We are delighted to have worked with ensuring this website is as good as it can be from taming WooCommerce towards the needs of the customer’s industry compared with leaving it in a more generic state. This also includes ensuring customers can also request samples of tiles and flooring items, while also ensuring customers do not break the rules of ordering samples and try to order more than their fair share.
Additionally, all of the changes Invisible Dragon did were in a method which allows WooCommerce to still update as usual and should not have many breaking changes into the future, and if needed features can be switched on and off quickly to prevent customers from experiencing errors.
