Hadley Rose
Hadley Rose is a luxury furnishings store based in London offering a wide range of interior and exterior furnishings and accessories. Hadley Rose used to run on a Magento 1 based website and was looking for an updated website allowing for further flexibility and customisation for their customers.
We were able to build a WooCommerce based website which allowed for more flexibility in general, especially with regards to their bespoke products. Products such as their Pollock Bespoke Sofa allow a customer to choose the layout of their new sofa, and browse a wide range of fabrics and then any additional extras.
The bespoke platform also extends to allowing customers to add mood boards, request a catalogue of products and also create a wishlist of products to save for later.
Emails are also customised to work within the high end design of the products to ensure a consistent experience, along with integrated marketing with Zoho Campaigns. We also run an ongoing social media management using Publer for a consistent experience across platforms.

Behind the scenes stock feeds are synced with supplier’s provided CSV feeds ensuring product stock is kept as accurate as possible. Additionally with our bespoke platform we can ensure products are imported as best as possible when released by manufacturers, as well as managing the categorisation of fabrics from suppliers even with limited information from the end-supplier files.
